MarketRadar Terms of Service

I. Service Content

1. We provide you with the MarketRadar product, including but not limited to multi-asset market data display, market sentiment and news tracking, position tracking, and other services.
2. We reserve the right to adjust, optimize, suspend, or terminate the service content according to actual circumstances, but we will notify you in advance.

II. User Registration and Account Usage

1. You need to log in to our product through a third party (Google Play, App Store), and you must comply with the relevant regulations of the third-party platform during the login process. You should ensure that the login information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. If you cannot use the service normally or suffer other losses due to incorrect information provided by you, you will be responsible for these consequences.
2. Your account is limited to your personal use only and may not be lent, rented, or sold to others. You should properly safeguard your account information and password. If your account information is leaked or used by others due to your own reasons, you should promptly notify us and bear responsibility for the consequences.
3. During your use of the account, you should comply with laws, regulations, and the various rules we have established. You must not use the account to engage in illegal activities or activities that harm others' legitimate rights and interests. Otherwise, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account usage rights and pursue your legal liability in accordance with the law.

III. Service Usage Standards

1. You should use various services according to the design purpose and functional instructions of our product. You must not perform malicious operations, interfere with the normal operation of the service, exploit service vulnerabilities for improper benefits, or engage in other such behaviors.
2. The content you generate during the use of the service (such as comments, shared information, etc.) should comply with laws, regulations, and social morals. It must not contain illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, false, or other harmful information. We have the right to review the content you publish, and if we find violating content, we have the right to delete, block, or otherwise handle it.
3. For market data, news information, research reports, and other information we provide, you may only browse and view them within the scope of personal use. Without our written permission, you may not copy, distribute, sell, tamper with, or otherwise use this information.

IV. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights in our products and related services (including but not limited to software code, interface design, data content, trademarks, patents, etc.) belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
2. During your use of the product, you only obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license granted by us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or perform other actions that infringe on intellectual property rights.

V. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

1. Although we will strive to ensure the stability and reliability of the service, due to the complexity and uncertainty of internet technology, service interruptions, delays, data loss, and other issues may occur. We do not assume responsibility for service problems caused by factors beyond our control, such as force majeure, network failures, third-party causes, etc.
2. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the market data, news information, and other information provided in the product. You should verify and judge the information you obtain yourself and be responsible for the decisions made based on this information.
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not assume responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses (including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, business interruptions, etc.) that you may incur due to using the product, unless such loss is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

VI. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service

1. We have the right to change service content, terms of use, etc., based on business development needs, changes in laws and regulations, or other reasonable reasons. Change notifications will be published in the product, and your continued use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of the changed terms.
2. When necessary, we may suspend or terminate part or all of the service, such as for system maintenance, upgrades, or due to legal and regulatory requirements. We will notify you in advance of the reason and time for the suspension or termination of the service. We do not assume responsibility for losses caused to you due to the suspension or termination of services, but we will do our best to assist you in handling related follow-up matters.
3. If you violate the terms of use, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your use of the service, and have the right to delete your account and related data, without any compensation liability to you.

VII. Dispute Resolution

1. The signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these terms of use are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If any dispute arises between you and us regarding the terms of use or service, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction.

VIII. Other Terms

1. These terms of use constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the product and replace all previous oral or written agreements regarding the use of the product.
2. If any provision of these terms of use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity and enforcement of other provisions. We will modify or adjust the invalid or unenforceable provisions to comply with legal requirements and be as close as possible to the original provision's intent.
3. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms of use does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. We have the right to exercise or enforce these rights or provisions at any time.
4. The titles of these terms of use are for reading convenience only and do not affect the specific meaning and interpretation of the terms.
